Discover the CCUA's Webinar Wednesday series, designed to bring educational insights, innovative solutions, and member-focused services directly to you. Held on Wednesdays of each month, this series features timely topics and expert perspectives to keep credit unions ahead in a dynamic industry.
Struggling to find young talent that sticks? You're not alone.
Join us for a high-impact, solutions-driven webinar where we tackle one of the most pressing challenges facing credit union HR leaders today: how to build a reliable pipeline of work-ready employees before they even graduate.
The Opus Edge program is revolutionizing how college students are trained, placed, and retained in credit union roles. Instead of onboarding graduates who lack job-ready skills, imagine receiving interns who are then trained in fraud detection, credit analysis, and digital media—and who fit your organizational culture.
This isn't just another internship program—this is a new employment model.
In this session, you’ll learn:
- Why 87% of employers say today’s college grads aren’t work-ready—and what you can do about it
- How Opus Edge builds your employee pipeline, improves retention, and cuts training costs
- How credit unions benefit
- How our university and educational partners assist in finding qualified students
You'll hear directly how partnering with Opus Edge will transform hiring and retention in the credit union sector.
